This Privacy Notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform visitors of oyadoviz.tr and users of our contact form about how their personal data is processed. It is a courtesy translation; in case of any discrepancy the Turkish text prevails.
This notice covers only data processed through this website. Personal data related to currency transactions carried out at our office is covered by a separate notice.

2. Personal Data We Process
The following personal data may be processed through the website:

- Contact data: email address and, optionally, phone number
- Request data: the subject and message you write in the contact form
- Security data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of access

3. Purposes of Processing
- Receiving, evaluating and answering the requests, questions and suggestions you send through the contact form
- Ensuring website security and preventing spam, automated submissions and abuse
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities
- Analysing visitor statistics to improve the website, only if you give your explicit consent
- Establishing, exercising or protecting legal rights in case of disputes
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed on the following grounds under Article 5(2) of KVKK:
- Answering your request: it is directly related to the establishment of a contract and to our legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f)
- Website security and access logs: fulfilment of a legal obligation and legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-ç and 5/2-f)
- Possible disputes: establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e)
- Analytics cookies: explicit consent (Art. 5/1). You may withdraw your consent at any time
5. Method of Collection
Your data is collected electronically, either entered by you through the contact form or automatically through access logs and cookies.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, your personal data may be shared only with the following recipient groups:
- Competent public authorities and judicial bodies (upon request and to the extent permitted by law)
- Infrastructure and technical support providers hosting the website (only as far as the service requires)
- Google (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager) if you allow analytics cookies, and Google (Google Maps) if you load the map on the contact page. These services may use servers located abroad
Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Retention Period
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to conclude your request and for the limitation periods set by law. Access logs are kept for the period required by legislation. When the period ends, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions in Article 7 of KVKK
- Request that such corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred
- Object to a result against you that arises from the exclusively automated analysis of your data
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
9. How to Apply
You may submit your requests using the methods set out in the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller: in writing with an identity-verifying document to Şarkiye Mahallesi, Osman Paşa Cd. No:42/A Altınordu Ordu / TÜRKİYE, or via the Company's registered electronic mail (KEP) address, or with a secure electronic signature to bilgi@oyadoviz.com.
Your application is answered free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If you find the answer insufficient or no answer is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning the answer and in any case within sixty days of the application date.

This notice may be updated according to changes in legislation or in our practices. The current version is always published on this page.
